SIGNAGE
To enhance your traffic management strategy, we tailor bespoke signage to meet the requirements of any diversions, data transmission, authorised parking areas, road closures and temporarily prohibited parking bays to facilitate the secure drop off and collection of coaches. We will draft an integrated scheme adhering to existing regulations in order to fulfil all prerequisites.

CSAS OFFICERS
The Police Reform Act 2002 enables Traffic Officers approved under the Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) to direct, hold and restrict traffic movement on the public highway. This can encompass implementing temporary road closures and diversions, or simply holding traffic to enable safe pedestrian movement.
The powers of a CSAS Operative are more dynamic and wider than traditional traffic management staff who are not authorised to control traffic on a public highway by hand gestures alone.

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLANS
Traffic Management Plans are a significant element of event coordination; one that CTS places great emphasis on. Upon completion of site inspection and discussions with all relevant authorities (including local police if necessary), we meticulously design our plans with the support of specialised CAD software. This allows us to create the most comprehensive application to present to the local authority for approval. Further, we also provide accompanying Risk Assessment and Method Statements tailored to support the event.

One of our Senior Team will always be available to attend site meetings to discuss your event and its traffic management options.
Early site meetings are hugely beneficial as they enhance our ability to exceed clients’ expectations. Equally, liaising with local authorities and other stakeholders allows us to provide the most efficient options, as well as approach and staffing.
